Permission to Quote the NASB®

The text of the New American Standard Bible® may be quoted and/or reprinted up to and inclusive of one thousand (1,000) verses without express written permission of The Lockman Foundation, providing the verses do not amount to a complete book of the Bible nor do the verses quoted account for more than 50% of the total work in which they are quoted.

Notice of copyright as shown below must appear on the title or copyright page of the work:

The text of the Amplified® Bible may be quoted in any form (written, visual, electronic or audio) up to and inclusive of five hundred (500) verses without express written permission of the publisher, providing the verses do not amount to a complete book of the Bible nor do the verses quoted account for more than 25% of the total work in which they are quoted.

The text of the NASB®, NBLH®, and LBLA® may be quoted and/or reprinted up to and inclusive of fifteen hundred (1,500) verses as an integral part of the text in Sunday School and/or related curriculum materials without express written permission of The Lockman Foundation, providing that any consecutive verses do not comprise more than one complete book of the Bible(produced as a separate paperback supplement to or as a component part of the curricula) nor do the verses quoted account for more than 50% of the total work in which they are quoted.
